Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that we are currently unable to accept any exchanges or refunds of products for change of mind. All sales are final and by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to these terms. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will strive to reach an outcome within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item/s that exceeds the 30 day period will not be reviewed and/or refunded.
